Is counselling really free?
Yes — counselling is always free, online, by phone or in person. We charge only for documentation and application processing, and you will know the fee before you decide.
What should I keep ready for the session?
Your mark sheets, any test scores, a rough budget and the countries or courses you are considering. Don’t worry if you are unsure — that is what the session is for.
How soon will someone call me?
Within one working day, and usually the same day during office hours (Mon–Sat).
Can my parents join the session?
Absolutely — we encourage it, especially for cost, loan and safety questions.
Can I meet a counsellor in person?
Yes — visit our office at Orchid Center, 3rd Floor, Sector 53, Gurugram during office hours. Calling ahead means a counsellor will be free for you.
